The FRIENDS™ Experience is located on the NDSM site in Amsterdam North. It is an industrial location where events, creative performances and exhibitions are organized.

The most immersive FRIENDS™ Experience ever. There are set recreations, props and costumes from the show, and even a chance to sit on the iconic orange couch. Not to mention plenty of Instagram-worthy photo opportunities and limited-edition merchandise! Could you BE any more excited?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your time slot. Tickets are valid only for the date and time purchased. If you or a member of your party is not feeling well, tickets can be adjusted to a new date and time (subject to availability) IF changed prior to the date and time of the tickets. We are a cashless experience and can accept payments via credit/debet card, Google and Apple Pay.

The FRIENDS™ Experience: The One in Amsterdam takes approximately 1 hour to walk through from start to finish.

No, once you leave you cannot go back, so take your time and enjoy.

Food and drinks are not permitted inside the experience. After the spaghetti sauce stain on the couch, this rule is at Monica’s insistence! Resealable bottles of water are permitted.”

We love our furry friends, however pets and emotional support animals are not permitted inside. Service animals are welcome.

Yes! You can share your special moment with us here at The FRIENDS™ Experience. Guests should purchase general admission tickets and visit us during public hours.

The FRIENDS™ Experience is best reached by bicycle or public transport. From Amsterdam Central Station you can take the free ferry to the NDSM Werf, from there it is a 5-minute walk to the Experience. The free ferry runs every 15 minutes during the day and every half hour in the evening. If you come by metro, it is best to get off at the Noorderpark stop and take bus 35 to the Atatürk stop. Bus lines 36, 391 and 394 also stop close to The FRIENDS™ Experience.

The FRIENDS™ Experience is best reached by bicycle or public transport. If you still want to come by car, there is often sufficient paid parking at the NDSM-Werf. Navigate to Ms. Oslofjordweg 9, 1033 SL Amsterdam, from there it is a 2 minute walk. Please note that the entire NDSM-Werf is paid parking at a rate of €1.40 per hour.

Please note: are you visiting The FRIENDS™ Experience between 18 and 23 October? Due to events in the area, it is not possible to park at the NDSM-Werf on those days.

Health and Safety

Our top priority is to provide a safe and fun environment for our visitors. That is why we have drawn up the following rules of conduct that apply to all visitors.

  • Swear words, foul language and inappropriate behavior are not allowed.
  • Sharp objects, weapons and illegal contraband are not allowed in the exhibition area.
  • If you arrive late or need to move your ticket to a different time and/or date, you will be queued. When a place becomes available, we will grant you access in the order of arrival. In this case we cannot guarantee access.
  • We reserve the right to inspect any packages, bags, backpacks, purses, fanny packs or other luggage on the premises.
  • Intrusion is prohibited. Visitors who get ahead will not be allowed access to the attraction or shop.
  • Visitors are required to wear shirts, pants and shoes.
  • Smoking and vaping is prohibited
  • Bringing food and drinks is not allowed. (Reusable) water bottles with a lockable cap are welcome.

Standard tickets start at €22.50 plus VAT and costs. Price may vary at peak times and dates. Peak tickets cost €32.00 each plus VAT and costs.

Tickets are available HERE. A limited amount of standby tickets will also be available for purchase at the door.

No, but orders are limited to maximum amount of people who can visit the experience in a given time slot. For groups larger than 30, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Yes! We want our friends of all ages to visit The FRIENDS™ Experience. Tickets for children ages 3-11 start at €19.50 each.
