Opening hours (a session every 15 minutes):
Until November 19:
Monday & Tuesday: closed
Wednesday & Thursday: 11:00 am to 07:00 pm
Friday to Sunday: 10:00 am to 07:00 pm
From November 23:
Monday to Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: 10:00 am to 05:00 pm
Friday & Saturday: 10:00 am to 08:00 pm
Sunday: 10:00 am to 06:00 pm
Duration: A visit takes approximately one hour.
Minimum Age: All ages are welcome.

Tickets are available via Ticketmaster.
Time slots
To make your visit as enjoyable as possible, we operate with time slots. When purchasing your ticket, we will first ask you to choose a date and then select a specific time slot. During this time slot, you can enter the venue. Once you’re in the Experience, you can stay as long as you want.
